ValGrip MMA  is a BBA approved advanced high performance resin system designed for high friction / anti skid installations and traction enhancement use in highly trafficked areas.

It offers the specific benefits of being an MMA based system (methyl methacrylate) which offers rapid temperature tolerant curing, ideal for use in Europe and North America. A proprietary formulation of methyl and butyl methacrylate our systems offer rapid curing yet flexible resilience to repeated flexural strains associated with High Friction Road and Highway applications.

The ValGrip MMA pack consists of 3 components, the base MMA / BMA resin system, a thixotrope additive to vary the working consistency and an activator (peroxide additive). Additionally a complimenting high PSV (Polished Stone Value) aggregate should be broadcast into the surface during application, typically Buff or Calcined Bauxite or Emery minerals.

• Cold cure system, avoids the need for hot work permitting.

• Convenient and simple installation process, less labour needed than other systems.

• Surface dress with High PSV aggregates like Buff or Grey Calcined Bauxite or Emery.

• Range of Resin colours available, standard (grey), Yellow, Red, Green for demarcation.

• Compatible with arrange of colour coated aggregates.
