Aksolux – S76 series, are small polystyrene beads used as  lost wax casting additives, ion exchange filtration, deflashing / bead blasting media for forming and singularisation of semiconductors and other delicate components, also used as specialist packing powders or interleavant.

Sizes are optimised in the sub 200 micron particle size ranges, with minimised fine particles in the sub 20 micron range. These powders for interleavants applications can also be co blended with complimentary acidic compounds to prevent staining of the packed components caused by temperature condensation during storage.
